Sous vide Tomahawk Pork Steak
How to cook at home ❤️
1. Defrost Pork Tomahawk in refrigerator the day before and place outside 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Remove the steak, garlic and rosemary from pack and put on plate (don't throw meat juices inside pack). Heat heavy pan to medium high heat and add a little oil.
3. Sear all sides of the Pork Tomahawk until brown around 1-2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium then add 2 Tablespoons butter, garlic and rosemary and cook tilting the pan a bit and baste the steak with the butter using a spoon. Keep doing this for 2 minutes. Lastly add the meat juices and simmer for 1 minute. Enjoy! 😊
